NAR Mandated Quadrennial Ethics

All REALTORS® are required to complete Ethics Training for the Third Cycle (January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2012), This is a 2½ hour online course. New members who have never taken any NAR course will need to take the “New Member Ethics Orientation”. All other members must take the Quadrennial training course. The deadline for everyone is December 31, 2012. To take the online course, go to http://www.realtor.org/mempolweb.nsf/pages/coetraining. AAOR Members may also fulfil this requirement by submitting their certificate of completion for a 3hr. DRE credited Ethics course.
