EBMUD Sewer Lateral Brochure
The EPA is facilitating a Private Sewer Lateral Program via EBMUD and various cities (Piedmont, Emeryville, Stege Sanitary District, and Oakland). Other communities have similar programs or ordinances (Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, etc.).

All REALTORS® are required to complete Ethics Training for the Fourth Cycle (January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016), This is a 2½ hour online course. New members who have never taken any NAR course will need to take the “New Member Ethics Orientation”. All other members must take the Quadrennial training course. The deadline for everyone is December 31, 2016. To take the online course, go to http://www.realtor.org/mempolweb.nsf/pages/coetraining. AAOR Members may also fulfil this requirement by submitting their certificate of completion for a 3hr. DRE credited Ethics course.
